Courtney Cheah

Adv. Dip. Myotherapy, Dip. Remedial Massage, Dip Reflexology

Kinergetics Kinesiology Practitioner

Courtney always knew she wanted to work in natural medicine, and graduated from Melbourne's Endeavour College of Natural Health with her Diploma of Reflexology in 2008, and her Cert IV in Massage Therapy in 2009. After gaining a few years' experience in the industry, she decided to upskill to further assist her clients with chronic pain and dysfunction issues, and completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2012 at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

Courtney is passionate about her work, and especially about helping clients to improve and maintain optimum health and wellbeing.  She uses holistic methods that work with the body's innate ability to heal, promoting balance in all areas.  She encourages clients to actively participate in their own health through education and self care.

Courtney specialises in assisting with stress management and chronic musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, such as headaches/migraines and back and shoulder pain. Her holistic approach understands the interrelationship between the mind, body and spirit, and each session is tailored to suit the client’s individual needs.

In 2016, Courtney commenced studying Kinergetics, a gentle but profoundly effective modality of Kinesiology, and completed her studies in 2019.  She has also studied RESET TMJ, a modality that helps to balance the body through balancing the Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and surrounding muscles of the jaw.

In August 2019, Courtney commenced studying the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage & Myotherapy, and graduated in December 2020.  Shortly after this, she left Australia to fulfil a lifelong dream of living in Great Britain, and settled in London.

In her spare time, Courtney enjoys doing reformer Pilates, learning French, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
